This happened to me on 2 games where both players were free players and we had to wait the initial 25seconds. When the paywall disappeared, it showed the 3 draftable cards but none of the cards in my hand. I had to press F5 to see my hand. Happened on 2 separate games so not isolated incident. I played several games earlier where we had premiums and this bug never happened.
