Your game is not over. I can't watch the replay.
From what I can see of the current state of play, the 2 players have claimed different jungle areas. So there's no rules violation.
A1, A2, and A3 are all mountains. A1 and A3 are confirmed mountains, but A2 is an unconfirmed (misty) mountain.
According to the rules, if someone puts a claim flag in A1, then nobody else should be able to put another claim flag in A3. HOWEVER, as it plays now in BGA, that seems to be possible.
