Bug behaviour: A didnt lose any money and still had 8.
Please solve those bugs, because they ruin the game. Otherwise its well implemented. -

I will discuss only #2 then. Yes, it seems there is a bug here. The rules are inconsistent on this point.
If you are challenged by other players and you lie, your action didn't occur at all and you DO NOT pay the cost. This works correctly.
However, if you are blocked (e.g., Assassin blocked by Contessa), then the rules say you DO pay the cost (even though the action still doesn't happen). This is strange but it's in the rules. The BGA implementation doesn't charge you in the scenario but apparently it should.
