I'm playing on both my phone and my computer, and this is what I suspect happened:

In the prior trick (seen in replay move 120) I played my last 1 as a blue 1. Then I switched clients and my computer had not received the update that my 1 had been played. When it was my turn to play on the next trick (move 121), I was able to select the 1 again and play it again without realizing it. The server allowed this play even though the server state should have showed I had no 1 in my hand to be played.
