This 4 player game ended with the Agents finishing their 7th Mission and the Insider collecting their 5th Intel and being able to reveal themselves at the same time. In the real life game, whenever this happens, the Insider breaks the tie and wins alone. But in the BGA implementation, it counted this as a Tied win between the Agents and the Insider.• Видно ли нарушение правил в повторе игры? Если да, то на каком ходу?
It's visible on the end-game screen, which shows a win for 1 Star win for all players.• Какой браузер вы используете?

I second this, because I believe, you are right.
The rule says: "If both sides meet the winning conditions in the same round, the INSIDER wins.", but your game log says: "Victory of: Agents, Insider". This does not match the official rule.

A Sleeper Agent and Paranoid Agent were in the game, though I believe the Insider should have won this game alone (6th briefcase on the same turn as 7th mission completed)
