After a player quirs the game, his cards remain in the game, which means that when you swap cards you can also choose his and when dealing cards around the table his are back in the game. This does not encourage people to continue playing for fun after a player quit. I think it would be much nicer to exclude this player's hand from passing around the table option.

When playing the "swap cards around table" card the cards of the player that quit are included, which I really don't like.
