It seems the game completely skipped over me during the final cooking phase. I was never offered the chance to cook (this was a turn-based game), and looking at the game log, it shows my "does not cook a recipe" message right at the same time as the previous player's (8:10 PM my time). So I assume my turn was automatically skipped after the previous player did theirs?
