During the Rampart run, when enemies were being placed ate the board, 3 3nemies spawned. One Buzz cutter and 2 Inquisitors. Since they all need to go to the farther spot, some error made the Buzzcutter being overlapped with 1 Inquisitor at the 2nd location. The 1st location stayed empty. After some interaction with the enemies, the game became unresponsive and showed error BGA GS3. Action to select was damage inquisitor on middle lane.
