These are all valid moves. Both Theseus and Healer require spending 1 (or more) coins to activate, and the only way to spend coins is to use a location depth or a Manta.

If raising the last depth of a location (by using that resource) results in gaining a purple wild Manta, the Manta arrives ready to use, and should be able to be used during that same turn, immediately. (This is a common sequence when the last depth of a location has a resource (coin or power) and also gives a manta.

I have never had a problem with Theseus or Healer, but the Theseus -> Healer sequence might be bugged.

I ended up canceling my move and doing something else altogether (I think I used the coin depth to buy a location with my Sealord). The game log will show my cancellation of the attempted sequence at moves 186 and 187.
