Cards like the negotiator from the Japanese faction allow you to turn a deal into a built location. It would be helpful to click on the deals I have made to determine which ones I could select. This would be nice before I built the Negotiator, but could also be helpful for higher end play to know that I already turned a specific point scoring card into a deal and for me not to expect it to come in on a draw.
