I was playing the game against other players and never left the game but was given a timeout and abandonment message and penalized the maximum Karma points 2x at two separate tables for the same game Can't Stop) even though I never chose to stop play, was still actively participating and the score had been tallied. It was not my turn and I had briefly minimized the game window but am very careful about being back in the game window before it is my turn so that play isn't disrupted. I had 100 Karma points and have been very respectful of the site rules and other players. No complaints from other players. Timed out by BGA site. What can you do?
