They had a clean board and were able to place their numbers without any restrictions due to not having the 4 numbers on the board when they started. If this had happened earlier in the round, this would have given them a huge advantage. Expelled players should not be allowed to rejoin, or at the very least, if they do, they should not be rewarded with unrestricted number placement.
