• Какая часть правил не соблюдена в версии БГА
Normalement, lors d'un agrandissement d'un village avec des huttes, il faut remplir toutes les cases adjacentes d'un type donné. Sur bga dans certains cas, souvent s'il y a des étages, on peut choisir de ne pas remplir toutes les cases d'un même type, ce qui empêche des blocages souhaitables en fin de partie.• Видно ли нарушение правил в повторе игры? Если да, то на каком ходу?

I think you are saying that sometimes BGA offers you a choice of placing 1 hut or placing multiple huts. This is probably not a bug. This can happen if you build a hut that causes 2 separate cities to connect. At the moment of building the hut(s), the cities are not connected so you should have a choice of two options.
If there is a specific case where you think the game offered you an illegal choice, please point out the table # and move # for investigation.
