I built a mason, had 4 stone rooms, and a spot to build a stone room.
The interface did not show anywhere for me to build this room.

I clicked the mason card, and it did not do anything other than show me the text.
The picture did have the room tile on it. But there was no way for me to place the room.
My wife has played the master builder before and there was an interface option above to allow her to build it.

In this case, the mason simply did not allow me to play a room tile.
