Before using the x2 Pencil Power (move #32), I had 4 stations with 2 different lines, and 2 stations with 3 different lines. After using the x2 Pencil Power on one of the stations with 3 different lines (move #34), it reduced the number of stations scored with 2 different lines from 4 to 3, losing points. I did correctly score 3 stations with 3 different lines.
If it matters, the station that I selected for the x2 Pencil Power was played upon a couple of turns before I played the 2x Pencil Power, not just prior to using the Pencil Power.

История отчёта
From the replay, I don't understand why you mention loosing points since they are wrongly increased instead : you don't have 3 stations connected to 3 lines.
After move #34, the score sheet shows only 3 stations connected to 2 lines instead of showing 4 stations connected to 2 lines. So it's under-scoring the stations with 2 lines by 1 station and thus 2 points.
