There should always be exactly 18 cards in the game (duh)• Видно ли нарушение правил в повторе игры? Если да, то на каком ходу?
Move #9. There are no cards on the table, 11 in the deck, 3 in my hand and 3 in the other player's hand. Total of 17...?• Какой браузер вы используете?

F5 did NOT solve the problem, so it must be something to do with the game itself.
The problem appeared more than once and the result is always that there are always less than 18 cards. I didn't notice a pattern in the appearance since I don't count the cards every time but it's a really common bug (and it's weird)

I cannot see anything wrong.
This is probably some misunderstanding. All discarded and cooked cards are put back to the deck after cooking (this is not done "visible").
