When selecting a Town Tile placement is only possible on G5. Clicking on any of the other buildings result in the error: This Terrain space is not part of the Town being founded.
From the rules:
Indicate a founded Town by choosing and taking a Town tile and placing it under one of the Structures forming that Town.
