And how they can gain so much playing against a beginner is biased. Just that this isn't the only game this happens on. So, if bga wants to be hard nosed, so am ! I'm not kidding either, last year, I delayed renewing my bga membership partly for this reason. This year, I will intervened and remove the auto renewal from my account, until you can revise your biased metrics.
