The 5 one off ability as is seems to be a variant of discarding an additional card to draw 3. Per pagat and other rules like Cuttle.cards or the instructions to wreck, you just discard the 5 and draw 2 cards.• Видно ли нарушение правил в повторе игры? Если да, то на каком ходу?

Pagat describes the Original/Traditional rules for the game (which are available under the "Traditional" game variant on BGA).
Cuttle.cards, which was the inspiration for the "Balanced" rules set, has the player use the 5, discard an additional card, then draw 3 (www.cuttle.cards/rules#oneoffs).
Pagat's variant information may be outdated, since that was a rule change on cuttle.cards a few years ago, after a community vote.
